1.Bearing Profile Insert Introduction
At present, the processing of bearing rings in foreign countries mainly adopts cermet forming tools. For example, in Japan, cermet forming tools are used to process the rings on the automatic line of bearing NC machining, which not only improves the processing efficiency, but also ensures the dimensional consistency of each work-piece, makes the grinding amount uniform, prevents the annealing phenomenon of raceway grinding, and improves the service life of the bearing.
